Jack Waters

Jack Waters has over 40 years experience in Chartered Accountancy. He was administration partner in the Adelaide office of the international firm Ernst & Young until 1992 when he left to form his own Practice. Prior to this he was a partner of Allert Waters & Co, Binder Hamlyn and Ernst & Whinney.

He has widespread experience in advising a diverse range of small business on such matters as accounting methods, financial services and taxation planning. He has been involved with Business Migration Services, liaising with major banks and the South Australian Government’s Development Bank to identify business opportunities for entrepreneurs and investors.

Richard Younger

After commencing work in with the then Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) in 1969 Richard qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1974. He was in the accounting profession for 12 years gaining broad experience in auditing, taxation and general business services.

In 1980 he left the profession and entered the business world with seven years as the Company Secretary of a large cooperative winery. This was followed by 15 years as the Secretary/Business manger of a leading independent school.

In 2003 he re-entered the accountancy profession specialising in taxation & business services including budgeting and forecasting using Excel spreadsheets and BankLink which is an electronic system for processing clients ledgers efficiently and accurately.
